Will every piece include an origin route?
Yes. Every piece carries the most evocative source route we have: country, area, material memory, visual mood, and the live atelier moment that turns it into yours.
What arrives in the box?
Prepared materials for your piece, findings and closure components, the needed tool pair, Source Card, Reserve Card, Care Card, and workshop access details.
Is this a subscription?
No. Rare By Me opens one limited piece at a time. You reserve interest in that piece only, with no card today and no recurring plan.
Is this a purchase when I reserve?
No card today. No subscription. This is not a purchase. You can accept or decline after the final price, timing, workshop details, and source notes are sent.
Do I need jewelry experience?
No. Each piece is beginner-safe and designed for a 1-2 hour guided Google Meet workshop. The box includes the needed tool pair and prepared materials.
What happens if I make a mistake?
The live room includes checkpoints for layout, tension, closure, and wearability. If you need help after the session, support continues until the piece is complete.
How does the workshop and recording work?
Each Live Workshop happens on Google Meet and is designed to take 1-2 hours. The recording is permanently available to you.
Can I use the recording instead of attending live?
Yes. You can finish later with the permanent recording, and you can email support if you need a checkpoint before wearing the piece.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Free worldwide shipping is included in the USD price of each piece.
What about duties, VAT, or import taxes?
Duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in the USD price. If your country may charge them, we flag that before payment so you can decide.
How does gifting work?
Use the gift option when you reserve. You can keep the surprise intact, add recipient country and timezone, and choose whether they join live or use the recording later.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
You can cancel before payment. If you have paid and your box has not shipped, you can receive a full refund. After shipment, returns and refunds are reviewed case by case.
